What is Google Checkout?
Google Checkout is a shopping cart to hold all your gear while you
shop. When you're ready to check out, the items you've selected
will be all set to order. There are also a number of

purchases made through Google Checkout, and we don't share your

can keep your email address confidential, and easily turn off
unwanted emails from stores where you use Google Checkout.
How do I place an order?
When you see an item you'd like to buy, simply select the
desired size, color or other relevant information and click on
"add to cart." The shopping cart holds all your items (which can be
changed or removed at any time) until you are ready to purchase.
Once you've finished shopping, select "checkout." Then, just
follow the instructions to place your order. It's that easy!
Which credit cards does shopping accept?
Your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards are all welcome.
What if I want to return or exchange something?
Our return policy is simple. We take customer satisfaction very
seriously, and therefore have a return policy up to 30 days from
the order date. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective
merchandise at no charge. All other returns are subject to a 10%
restocking charge, and must include a return authorization
number clearly marked on the package. Please call our office for
RA #'s. Returns must be sent back to Fulfillment via UPS, FEDEX
or AIRBORNE. Custom orders, discounted and discontinued items
are not returnable.

If you have any questions, please call 1-(800)-575-0170. You can
expect your refund or exchange within three (3) weeks from the
date you mailed your return. For credit card orders, please
allow one to two statements for your credit to appear.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Only if you live in the state of Illinois.
What are the costs for shipping & delivery?
All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping costs are computed
based on the total weight amount of merchandise ordered. This
amount is automatically calculated in your order total. We
offer Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Prioity Mail.
What is the shipping process for merchandise?
Most items ordered from are shipped directly to you from the
fulfillment warehouse. However, large items and custom orders
may be drop shipped from the manufacturer. We use UPS Tracking
for most orders. You can expect to receive your merchandise
within eight business days of ordering. However, we do strive
for three- to five-day delivery on all items. You pay only the
standard delivery shown in the chart above unless special
handling arrangements have been made on your part. Standard
Delivery is available within the United States only.
In nearly all cases, products are available at the time of
order. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the
same day. If your entire order is not available, you will be
notified.
Will I be notified if my item is back ordered?
If there is to be any extended delay in shipping your complete
order, we will notify you of the status of the remaining items.
Are there any other order placement options?
If you would rather place your merchandise order via more
traditional means, we offer these options besides online.

BY MAIL: If you prefer to pay by check or to mail in your credit
card information,fill the order form out completely and please

What if I'm unhappy with my Online Store experience?
Our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every
way. Return anything purchased from us if it proves otherwise.
We will replace it or refund your purchase price upon receipt of
your entire order properly packaged and returned to us within 30
days. We do not want you to have any merchandise that is not
